Belline in Dubai
AI receptionist for law firms, accountants and consultants in Dubai
A Dubai enquiry usually opens with a structure rather than a problem: free zone or mainland, and which free zone. Belline answers while your people are in meetings, writes the question down exactly as it was asked, and gives no advice of any kind.

Two calls a firm actually takes.
The first is the request taken for your team to confirm. The second is the call Belline refuses or hands over — which is the one you are really deciding about.
Dubai, specifically
What a firm in Dubai is actually answering.
Dubai is a city where the working day and the trading day are different things.
Free zone or mainland is the first fork in the conversation
Dubai licenses businesses onshore and in a long list of free zones, and the emirate also has a financial free zone, the DIFC, whose courts work in English alongside the onshore system. Until a caller has said which of those worlds they are asking about, almost nothing said back to them is safe. Belline asks the question and records the answer rather than choosing one, so the enquiry that reaches your desk is already the right shape for the person who has to deal with it.
The caller is shopping, and they are shopping this afternoon
Somebody looking for an auditor, a corporate lawyer or a formation agent in Dubai is looking at a page of firms that all describe themselves in the same words. They ring down it. There is no loyalty to trade on and no file with their name on it, so the firm that picks up and asks sensible questions is the one that gets the follow-up meeting — and a line that rings out never finds out who was calling.
The clients are frequently in another time zone
A great deal of Dubai's professional work is done for owners, investors and head offices somewhere else, which puts calls at both ends of the local day: Asia before the office opens, Europe and the Americas long after it has emptied. Dubai's own Monday-to-Friday week only partly overlaps the weeks those callers keep. Belline answers at whatever hour the phone actually rings and has the question written down before anybody arrives.
Visa, licence and deadline questions land on your phone first
Golden visa eligibility, a licence renewal, whether something has to be filed this quarter — in Dubai these questions arrive at law, accounting and consulting firms constantly, from people who genuinely do not know who else to ask. Every one of them is advice, and none of them can be answered safely by a phone. Belline captures the question in the caller's own words with a number, and says clearly that somebody qualified will come back to them.
Languages on the line
English is the working language of most Dubai businesses, and Arabic is the official one. On a busy reception line you will also hear Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam and Tagalog, because that is who lives and works here. Belline answers in English.
In an emergency
Belline gives the instruction you set for the UAE: 998 for an ambulance, or the nearest emergency department. It takes no appointment request at that moment, because an appointment would be the wrong answer.
Your own number
Keep the Dubai number on your door and your listings. You forward the calls nobody answers; nothing about how customers reach you changes.
What comes down the line
Every call a firm gets, and what happens to it.
With your calendar connected, Belline checks it and books the time straight in, on the phone, in chat, on WhatsApp and on video. Without one, it takes the request and your team confirms it.
New enquiries from prospective clients
What they need, what kind of business they are, whether a date is driving it, and a number. Belline takes it in the caller's own words and marks it for whoever takes new work, so the person ringing back already knows what the call is about.
Company formation and licensing enquiries
Whether the caller is asking about a free zone or about the mainland, what activity they have in mind, and where they are ringing from. Belline records the question and reads back only what you have written about the services you offer. It does not tell anybody which structure to choose.
Tax, audit and filing questions
Taken as a message, always. Belline does not say whether something is due, whether it applies to that caller, or what happens if it is late. It captures the question as asked, with a number, for somebody qualified to answer it.
Existing clients and live matters
A client chasing a document, a filing or a partner is taken as a message with the matter as they described it, and passed to the person handling it. Belline does not give the status of anything, because it has not looked and cannot verify who is asking.
Fees, retainers and engagement
Read back from the fees you have written down, where you have written any. Anything that depends on scope — which is most professional work — is taken as a question for a person rather than answered with a figure.
Meetings and consultations
The name, the number, what it concerns and when they could come in. With your calendar connected, Belline checks it and books the time straight in, on the phone, in chat, on WhatsApp and on video. Without one, it takes the request and your team confirms it.
Where it stops
The most important thing it does is know what it must not answer.
Belline gives no legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice of any kind, on any call. It does not say whether a deadline applies to a caller, which licence or structure would suit them, whether your firm can act, or what a matter will cost. It takes the enquiry in the caller's own words, with a number, and somebody qualified in your firm answers it.

An answering service takes a message. Belline answers the question, takes the details and tells your team what to do next.
What counts as a minute
A minute is time Belline spends on a live call with your caller — on your phone line or through the voice button on your website — from the moment it answers to the moment the call ends, rounded up to the next whole minute. Calls you make from your own test console do not count, and neither do calls cut short by a fault on our side.
What counts as a conversation
A conversation is one customer's thread in your website chat or on WhatsApp in which Belline replies at least once. Everything that customer says in the 24 hours after Belline's first reply is the same conversation. Threads your team answers without Belline do not count.
When an allowance runs out
When an allowance runs out, you choose what happens: move up to the next plan, or stop at the allowance. We tell you at 70%, 90% and 100%. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you choosing it.
7 days free
7 days free: 30 voice or 12 video minutes and 50 text conversations, with your website chat, the voice button on the same page, WhatsApp and your phone line all switched on. No card: nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and on day 8 without one Belline pauses until you do. Standard onboarding is free.
Customer stories
There is no testimonial here yet.
When a firm in Dubai agrees to be named, its story goes in this space: what it was losing, what it changed, and what its own team says about it. Until then this space stays empty on purpose. We are not going to write a quotation nobody said, or count customers we do not have.

Questions
What operators ask us.
A caller asks whether they should set up in a free zone or on the mainland. What does it say?
That it cannot advise on that, and then it asks the questions that make the callback useful: what the business will do, where the customers are, whether anybody has started. The choice itself is advice, and it stays with your consultants.
Can it answer a golden visa or licensing question?
No. It takes the question exactly as the caller asked it, with their number, and marks it for a person. Eligibility depends on the applicant's own circumstances, and a reception line guessing at it in Dubai would be doing real damage to somebody's plans.
Will it take a call at seven in the morning from Europe or Asia?
It answers whenever your line is forwarded to it. For a Dubai firm with clients in other time zones that is most of the value: the enquiry that arrives at an hour nobody is in the office is written down, with the number and the question, instead of reaching an answering machine in a language nobody wanted.
Does it answer our WhatsApp as well as the phone?
Yes, on a WhatsApp number of its own that we set up with you, reading the same notes as the phone line. In Dubai a prospective client will often message a firm before they ring it, and a typed enquiry at ten at night is captured the same way as a spoken one at noon.
Will it answer a legal or a tax question?
No, and it says so rather than hedging. A caller asking whether they need to file something, whether a clause is enforceable, or how a rule lands on their business is told plainly that Belline cannot advise. The question is written down as they asked it, with a number, for somebody in your firm to answer.
Will it discuss a matter with an existing client?
No. It takes a message for the person handling it, with what the client said. Belline cannot verify who is on the line, and a reception line confirming that somebody's matter exists is the wrong place for that to be tested.
