Belline in Sharjah
AI receptionist for law firms, accountants and consultants in Sharjah
A Sharjah accountant or consultant is usually talking to the person who owns the business, and that person asks what it costs in the first minute. Belline answers on both of the emirate's working weeks, reads back the fees you have written down, and advises on nothing.

Two calls a firm actually takes.
The first is the request taken for your team to confirm. The second is the call Belline refuses or hands over — which is the one you are really deciding about.
Sharjah, specifically
What a firm in Sharjah is actually answering.
Sharjah runs on two calendars at once.
The caller owns the business and is ringing between other jobs
Sharjah's commercial base is full of owner-managed trading, manufacturing and contracting companies, and when one of them needs an auditor or a consultant it is the owner who picks up the phone, not a finance department. They ring from a warehouse or a car, they ask direct questions, and they do not leave voicemails. Belline gets the company, what they need and a number, which is everything required to ring back into a real conversation.
The fee question comes first and it comes plainly
Callers in Sharjah get to the money early and expect a straight answer: what an audit costs, what a monthly bookkeeping arrangement costs, what you charge to look at a set of accounts. Some of that is written on your own fee list and can simply be read back. The rest depends on the size of the business, and Belline says so rather than inventing a figure, then takes the details that let somebody quote properly.
Two working weeks, and the calls land on your closed days
Sharjah's own government has worked Monday to Thursday with a three-day weekend since January 2022, while a large share of the emirate's residents and businesses run on the Monday-to-Friday week their Dubai customers keep. For a firm here that means the phone rings on days the office is shut, from clients who are at work. Belline answers on both calendars and reads back your actual opening times, so a Friday caller leaves a request rather than a silence.
The work follows the licence year, not the client's mood
Trade licence renewals, year-end accounts and filing dates give a Sharjah practice a shape to its year, and every client hits the same weeks at once. Those weeks are the ones where the partners are least able to stop and where a new enquiry — the one from a company that has just realised it needs help — is most likely to ring out. Belline takes the enquiry at the moment it is made and leaves your team to decide what it is worth.
Languages on the line
Arabic is more present in everyday Sharjah than in Dubai, and English is still the common business language. Urdu, Hindi and Malayalam are widely spoken across the emirate's residential districts. Belline answers in English.
In an emergency
Belline gives the instruction you set for the UAE: 998 for an ambulance, or the nearest emergency department. It takes no appointment request at that moment, because an appointment would be the wrong answer.
Your own number
Keep the Sharjah number on your door and your listings. You forward the calls nobody answers; nothing about how customers reach you changes.
What comes down the line
Every call a firm gets, and what happens to it.
With your calendar connected, Belline checks it and books the time straight in, on the phone, in chat, on WhatsApp and on video. Without one, it takes the request and your team confirms it.
New enquiries from prospective clients
What they need, what kind of business they are, whether a date is driving it, and a number. Belline takes it in the caller's own words and marks it for whoever takes new work, so the person ringing back already knows what the call is about.
Company formation and licensing enquiries
Whether the caller is asking about a free zone or about the mainland, what activity they have in mind, and where they are ringing from. Belline records the question and reads back only what you have written about the services you offer. It does not tell anybody which structure to choose.
Tax, audit and filing questions
Taken as a message, always. Belline does not say whether something is due, whether it applies to that caller, or what happens if it is late. It captures the question as asked, with a number, for somebody qualified to answer it.
Existing clients and live matters
A client chasing a document, a filing or a partner is taken as a message with the matter as they described it, and passed to the person handling it. Belline does not give the status of anything, because it has not looked and cannot verify who is asking.
Fees, retainers and engagement
Read back from the fees you have written down, where you have written any. Anything that depends on scope — which is most professional work — is taken as a question for a person rather than answered with a figure.
Meetings and consultations
The name, the number, what it concerns and when they could come in. With your calendar connected, Belline checks it and books the time straight in, on the phone, in chat, on WhatsApp and on video. Without one, it takes the request and your team confirms it.
Where it stops
The most important thing it does is know what it must not answer.
Belline gives no legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice of any kind, on any call. It does not say whether a deadline applies to a caller, which licence or structure would suit them, whether your firm can act, or what a matter will cost. It takes the enquiry in the caller's own words, with a number, and somebody qualified in your firm answers it.

How it works
Set up from what you already have.
Most of the work is checking what Belline found. You decide when customers reach it.

Give Belline what you already have
Your website, price list or brochure. It reads them and drafts your services, prices, hours and the questions a firm gets asked every day.
-
Check what it found
Fix anything wrong, fill the gaps, and set the rules it must hold. Nothing goes live until you have read it.
-
Switch it on
Ring it yourself first. Then forward your line and paste one line of HTML into your website. Customers only reach Belline once you do.

An answering service takes a message. Belline answers the question, takes the details and tells your team what to do next.
What counts as a minute
A minute is time Belline spends on a live call with your caller — on your phone line or through the voice button on your website — from the moment it answers to the moment the call ends, rounded up to the next whole minute. Calls you make from your own test console do not count, and neither do calls cut short by a fault on our side.
What counts as a conversation
A conversation is one customer's thread in your website chat or on WhatsApp in which Belline replies at least once. Everything that customer says in the 24 hours after Belline's first reply is the same conversation. Threads your team answers without Belline do not count.
When an allowance runs out
When an allowance runs out, you choose what happens: move up to the next plan, or stop at the allowance. We tell you at 70%, 90% and 100%. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you choosing it.

Customer stories
There is no testimonial here yet.
When a firm in Sharjah agrees to be named, its story goes in this space: what it was losing, what it changed, and what its own team says about it. Until then this space stays empty on purpose. We are not going to write a quotation nobody said, or count customers we do not have.

Questions
What operators ask us.
Will it tell a caller what an audit will cost?
It reads back any fee you have written down and fixed. Where the price depends on the size of the company, it says that plainly and takes the details — what the business does, roughly how big it is, what the caller thinks they need — so that the person who quotes is quoting rather than guessing.
Which week does it work — Sharjah's or Dubai's?
Both, because it answers every day regardless. It reads back the hours you actually keep, so a caller who rings on a day you are closed is told so and still leaves a proper enquiry your team finds when the office opens.
A client rings about a trade licence renewal. What happens?
The company name, what they are renewing, when it expires if they know, and a number — written down and marked for a person. Whether something applies to that company and what has to be filed is advice, and Belline does not give any.
Can it take an enquiry from a caller who only wants to speak Arabic?
Belline answers in English, and that is the honest limit. Arabic is widely used in everyday Sharjah business, so if a caller cannot work in English the useful thing Belline can still do is take a name and a number and mark it for somebody in your firm who can ring them back.
Will it quote our fees?
Only figures you have written down and fixed. Professional work is usually priced on scope, so Belline describes what you have said you offer, captures what the caller needs in their own words, and leaves the number to the person who will do the work.
Who can see what was said on a call?
Your team. Each conversation arrives as a summary and a full transcript, so you can read exactly what was asked and exactly what Belline said. Belline does not record the audio of the calls it answers.
