Belline in Sharjah

AI receptionist for tutors and tuition centres in Sharjah

A Sharjah tuition centre is asked about the price and the timetable in the same breath, by parents whose evenings are shaped by the Dubai commute. Belline answers on both of the emirate's weeks, reads back your fees, and takes the enquiry properly.

Hear the line

Two calls a tuition centre actually takes.

The first is the request taken for your team to confirm. The second is the call Belline refuses or hands over — which is the one you are really deciding about.

Ringing

Sharjah, specifically

What a tuition centre in Sharjah is actually answering.

Sharjah runs on two calendars at once.

The session has to fit around a drive to Dubai and back

Where a Sharjah parent works in Dubai, they may leave before their children do and get home after the school day has long finished. Tuition here is booked into the gap that leaves: late afternoons supervised by somebody else, or evenings after a parent is finally home. The calls arranging it happen at eight or nine at night, from a car or a kitchen, and a centre that closed at six never hears them.

Two weekends, and the weekend sessions are the busy ones

Sharjah's government has worked a four-day week since 2022, with the weekend running Friday to Sunday, while the parents who commute into Dubai are on Monday to Friday. For a centre in Al Majaz or Muwaileh, the practical effect is that Friday is a full teaching day for some families and an ordinary working day for others, and the phone rings on both. Belline answers every day whatever your own hours are, and reads those hours back as you set them.

Fees are asked about first, and asked about exactly

Callers here want the number before the pitch: what an hour costs one-to-one, what a group of four costs, what a block of ten works out at, whether a second child in the same family is charged the same. Those figures are on a sheet in your office and a tutor mid-lesson cannot recite them. Belline reads the sheet back word for word and takes a message for anything that is not on it, including any arrangement you would only make case by case.

A student population that is genuinely mixed

Sharjah's residential districts send children to British, Indian and Ministry-curriculum schools within a few streets of each other, and a centre here can take three enquiries in an evening that have nothing in common but the word maths. Belline asks which curriculum and which year on every one of them, so the list your team reads in the morning sorts itself into the tutors who can actually take the work.

Languages on the line

Arabic is more present in everyday Sharjah than in Dubai, and English is still the common business language. Urdu, Hindi and Malayalam are widely spoken across the emirate's residential districts. Belline answers in English.

In an emergency

Belline gives the instruction you set for the UAE: 998 for an ambulance, or the nearest emergency department. It takes no appointment request at that moment, because an appointment would be the wrong answer.

Your own number

Keep the Sharjah number on your door and your listings. You forward the calls nobody answers; nothing about how customers reach you changes.

What comes down the line

Every call a tuition centre gets, and what happens to it.

With your calendar connected, Belline checks it and books the time straight in, on the phone, in chat, on WhatsApp and on video. Without one, it takes the request and your team confirms it.

New enquiries from a parent

The year group, the curriculum or board, the subject, and what the parent thinks is going wrong. Belline takes all four with a number, so the person who rings back is already the right tutor to be ringing.

Assessment and trial requests

Where you start a new student with an assessment or a trial session, Belline explains that in the words you wrote and takes the request. Your team confirms the day and the tutor.

Fees, timetables and group sizes

Read back from your own fee list: what a one-to-one hour costs, what a group session costs, how long a block runs. A price you have not written down is a question for your team, not a number Belline invents.

Existing families

A child off sick, a session to be moved, a parent asking when the tutor is next in. Taken as a message with the student's name and the slot as the parent described it, so the timetable is changed by somebody who can see it.

Anything about a particular child

How a student is getting on, what a tutor said, whether they are ready for an exam. Belline does not discuss it. It takes the question and the number, because that conversation belongs to the tutor and the parent.

Nurseries and after-school hours

Opening hours, the age range you take, whether you collect from schools, what the last pick-up time is. From your own notes, and a message for anything they do not cover.

Where it stops

The most important thing it does is know what it must not answer.

Belline will not discuss a named student, report on progress, predict a grade, advise on which set or exam board a child should be in, or take payment over the phone. It does not ask a caller for a child's school, birth date or medical information. It takes the enquiry and your team rings the parent back.

A tutoring centre: tutors working one to one with students at white tables, workbooks on the shelves behind.

How it works

Set up from what you already have.

Most of the work is checking what Belline found. You decide when customers reach it.

  1. Give Belline what you already have

Your website, price list or brochure. It reads them and drafts your services, prices, hours and the questions a tuition centre gets asked every day.

  2. Check what it found

Fix anything wrong, fill the gaps, and set the rules it must hold. Nothing goes live until you have read it.

  3. Switch it on

Ring it yourself first. Then forward your line and paste one line of HTML into your website. Customers only reach Belline once you do.

An answering service takes a message. Belline answers the question, takes the details and tells your team what to do next.

What counts as a minute

A minute is time Belline spends on a live call with your caller — on your phone line or through the voice button on your website — from the moment it answers to the moment the call ends, rounded up to the next whole minute. Calls you make from your own test console do not count, and neither do calls cut short by a fault on our side.

What counts as a conversation

A conversation is one customer's thread in your website chat or on WhatsApp in which Belline replies at least once. Everything that customer says in the 24 hours after Belline's first reply is the same conversation. Threads your team answers without Belline do not count.

When an allowance runs out

When an allowance runs out, you choose what happens: move up to the next plan, or stop at the allowance. We tell you at 70%, 90% and 100%. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you choosing it.

Customer stories

There is no testimonial here yet.

When a tuition centre in Sharjah agrees to be named, its story goes in this space: what it was losing, what it changed, and what its own team says about it. Until then this space stays empty on purpose. We are not going to write a quotation nobody said, or count customers we do not have.

Questions

What operators ask us.

Can it tell a parent what a group session costs?

If the figure is on your fee list, exactly as written — the hour, the group rate, the block. Anything you decide case by case, such as an arrangement for two children in one family, is taken as a message rather than settled on the phone by something that cannot make that decision.

Do our Dubai-commuting parents ring a different number?

No. Your existing Sharjah number is forwarded to Belline, so nothing changes for anyone who already has it — the sign, the flyer and the listing all stay as they are, and a parent stuck on the Al Ittihad Road reaches the same line they always did.

Will it answer on a Friday?

Every day, including the ones you are closed. In an emirate where two weekends overlap that matters more than usual: the enquiry made on your closed day is written down and waiting, instead of being a missed call nobody can trace.

How late will it take a call?

As late as your line is forwarded to it. Sharjah's tuition calls cluster after eight in the evening because that is when the commute is finally over, which is an hour past the point any centre can reasonably keep a desk staffed.

Does it know which curriculum we teach?

It knows what you tell it. Write down the boards and the year groups you cover and Belline reads them back, and asks every caller which one they are ringing about — which is the question that makes the callback useful.

Does it take payment or a deposit?

No. Belline does not take card details or payments on any call. It states your deposit or registration rule as you wrote it and takes the request on that basis.
